Tripoto is a travel startup with a full-fledged blogging platform for travelers. I developed the front-end for the new rich-text editor as well as the front-end architecture rewrite. My responsibilities included:
- Architecting the front-end experience for the blogging platform
- Designing data flows in collaboration with the mobile team
- Streamlining APIs with the back-end team
- Migrating older PHP based application to React
Travelers can share their experiences in form of detailed itineraries. They can add pictures/videos, time stamps, locations, and import media from Facebook, using the rich-text editor.
Locations can be added to parts of the itinerary for trips that spawn multiple locations.
